Misfire Ceramics takes great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive to you in the same condition they leave our Studio.
We ship within Australia and it is our aim to ship your order within 2 working days of receiving payment.
Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout and added onto the item cost (the weight of each item is included in the description on our website).
Wherever possible, we use Sendle as our delivery provider and all orders within Australia are tracked and insured. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days from shipment date to arrival.
Should you require express delivery, we can arrange Australia Post Express Post services (this is trackable and includes insurance).
If the unforeseen occurs and your purchases arrive damaged, please contact Misfire Ceramics with 48 hours. We will need you to email photographs of the damage, as these are required to claim insurance on the delivery.
You will be refunded or can provide an exchange to the same value (the nature of handmade is that there may not be an identical item available for replacement).
We want you to be happy, so please let us know about your experience.
Any information we receive is only used to expedite your order. Your information is not passed on to any other providers and will only be used to communicate with you in relation to your order. Misfire Ceramics does not store credit card information.
Descriptions, Dimensions and Images
It is our intention to provide an accurate description of the item available for purchase. The nature of handmade is that it is not possible to convey every little detail in the colour or texture of glazed surfaces and dimensions are approximate as the vessel may alter slightly from base to top. We will endeavour to provide as many photographs as possible to help with this. Should you require additional information or images, please feel free to contact us. Different computers are calibrated differently, so the colours in photographs on our screen may differ slightly to yours. If you are unsure, please contact us prior to purchasing or if you have already purchased an item and it hasn’t met your expectations, please make contact.
Misfire Ceramics will accept returns and will issue a refund if you are unhappy with the ceramics purchased. We will need to receive an email communication with 3 days of your receiving your order and the items need to be returned within 7 days of originally receiving the order. Proof of purchase will be required.
Note that Refunds DO NOT include shipping costs. Refunds are dependant on Misfire Ceramics receiving the goods in an unused and undamaged state (they need to be fully saleable). For this reason, we recommend using registered and insured post. Any return delivery costs incurred for change of mind refunds is at the expense of the customer both returning and resending items.
